Resident Services

When keeping your home gets hard, you shouldn't have to face the agencies, phone numbers and paperwork alone. Our Service Coordinators work on-site, so help meets people where they live.

How coordinators help

  • SNAP and food assistance
  • LIHEAP energy assistance
  • Medicaid and Medicare
  • Rental assistance and eviction prevention
  • Lease education and tenant rights
  • Credit counseling and financial literacy
  • Job and education referrals
  • Healthcare and mental health connections

Good to know

Coordinators are on-site 10–15 hours a week. They advocate with property management, follow up on referrals, and walk with residents through the system.

Mission ABQ does not provide housing. We serve residents already living in these five communities.

Community gardens

Through Yes Housing and a Direct Relief garden partnership, residents at several properties grow fresh produce, learn to garden, and gain a place to gather with neighbors.
